You know those people that you meet and for some reason without them actually having to say or do anything, you just feel great being around them…

Well Teigan is one of those people. I’ve known Tegs for about three years and I’m thankful to call her a friend. She has such a beautiful spirit and such an amazing outlook to life and towards her own self. She is also pretty awesome at making me laugh at the strangest of things…

What she does with her life now is bring joy and possibility into the hearts of kids through her role as a presenter on Saturday Disney. A job she extremely loves. Enjoy meeting her!

Who Is Teigan?

Teigan Nash is a presenter on network Seven’s Saturday Disney.

She began performing at a young age, dancing singing and acting. She worked at Hong Kong Disneyland as a performer before moving to Singapore where she worked as a presenter and host. She toured Australia and Asia with the children’s show Hi-5 and has been seen in numerous television commercials.

She now has her dream job working on Saturday Disney, as a presenter, researcher and writer. Teigan also has a passion for health and fitness.

Teigan’s Interview

What does limitless living mean for you?

Limitless living for me is being authentic and real. When you are authentic you are able to live limitlessly, freely and in your truth.

What has been your biggest challenge in life where you were faced with limitation in some way? What supported you to move through it?

One of the biggest limitations I was faced would have to be when I left school. I didn’t know if I should follow everyone else and go to Uni or start working or do full time dance. Maybe this was because I wasn’t following my heart but I was able to move forward through this because of the support from my family and friends.

How often do you follow your intuition/gut feel in life? Why?

I try to follow my intuition or gut feeling all the time! If something doesn’t feel right, usually you won’t find me there ☺ If I don’t follow my intuition then I feel that I am not being true to myself.

Can you describe the feeling or space you are in when doing what you love?

I feel like a kid, I want to laugh, play and have fun!

Being truly passionate about something is the best feeling in the world, it often feels surreal. I am very blessed to be able to do what I love every day!

How important has it been for you in working on yourself? Did you or do you have a mentor?

I think it is important to constantly work on yourself, whether you are unhappy or happy. I found that mediation really helps to keep me grounded and centered. It is also a great release for any pent up emotions.

As for having a mentor, I just have to look around me, my family, my friends, my work colleagues, I find inspiration from all the people who are truly in my life.

So let’s say in this moment you are totally limitless, free and happy. What would you love to do next?

What’s next you ask? Well at the moment I am just living and I have to say it is a pretty incredible journey! With my job on Saturday Disney you never know what is around the corner so every day is a new adventure and not to mention loads of laughs!

Sure I have hopes and dreams of hosting my very own TV SHOW, ☺ but I am very happy with where I am at the moment.
