Living a life worth living. What does this mean? The question that usually follows is: How?
Before you read on, let me ask you: Do you really want to know the answer to these questions? If so, read on…
Philosophers, psychologists, and sages have said it again and again: LOVE is the answer. Yet, we humans have become good at accepting and being controlled by fear. Instead of accepting what might be, we choose instead to avoid taking risks and buy into fear.
In truth, we are consistently creating our lives by the decisions we make or do not make. We create our fears by worrying about, “What if?” This, in itself, disconnects us from who we truly are. It disconnects us from our true, infinite self. It impedes us from achieving everything we could ever want or be.
There is nothing wrong with you. I don’t care what your problems are or what your circumstances are! You are free to accept, forgive, and allow what is.
You have created the experience you are having right now because you are all things. There is no separation between you and your problems, or between you and your circumstances. You are one and the same. Energy is expressed in different ways through your reality or physical experience.
The question is: Are you living using the energy of fear or love? The one thing you must do to live a life worth living is to live wholeheartedly. Give all your love to who you are and what you do because it’s what feels true. Follow your feelings wholeheartedly, accepting whatever experiences lie ahead. Meet them head on instead of dodging or avoiding potential experiences because you are paralyzed by your fears.
It is better to have lived with all your heart than to have lived in fear and never realized what it is to truly live.
