I can’t tell you how much my life has changed and in so many ways after realizing how many answers I had been searching for lay within me, within my being. Actually taking time out and stilling my mind, finding my center and just allowing myself to express what was already there has given me so many insights to my life that I am experiencing.

In life and with its experiences we get sold so heavily and so seriously sometimes that our circumstances are who we are. What if you knew that what you were experiencing was your own real life movie and you had been writing the script? What would you change and what would you focus on right now? What would you let go of? How seriously would you take your current circumstances?

What ever is getting in your way when it come to your thoughts today make sure you take some time out just to sit and let that noisy voice chatter fall away so you can realize its just that, a voice that you can chose to listen to or let go of. Once you just allow it to be there and it has quiet down, connect to your heart and ask yourself for the answers you seek. Ask for the clarity and the way forward by connecting to the moment that is. The more you can remember to stop and come back to this moment the more you will connect with what you feel is true for you.

So today go and make some space for you, decide to allow yourself this space so you can connect with your true inner voice that speaks from your heart and not your head and just allow what ever needs to be expressed to be expressed. Once you have done this focus your thoughts from that which you would love to experience in your life right now, we are here to enjoy ourselves so stop playing victim to your own script and awaken to your true role!
