Well I love embracing life moment by moment as I follow whats felt these days and in doing so something pretty special happened the other day.

I found myself sitting down with one of my closest friends and mentor for a chat about my journey. Completely unprepared and what came out was a really raw interview.

I’m not one to ever shy away from opening up about my journey with others as I know there are those going through similar experiences.
