From the moment we are born we are free,

open to life and all its possibilities.

We know no challenge. We know no block.

We are free to dream and to believe.

 

Enter our mind. The moment of possibility is gone.

We start to ride the waves of thoughts.

Our power exudes from where it came.

Things become hurdles; hurdles become things.

Closed and small, we find fear.

Blind to see, numb to feeling who we truly are.

 

But, only a moment away,

one breath, we come home.

We remember and are not lost,

realising we never could be.

For who we are is being

all things, here and now.
