Trust The Process??

What is love? True love, real unconditional love, is simply energy, which is limitless. True love has no limits, no boundaries, no structure, no PROCESS…..

So I asked myself today: What does it mean to trust the process? Then I realized which part of me is looking to trust the process: my ego. It wants to get involved in the ways I can process whatever it is I am going through by placing meaning into it.

The truth is: The process itself is meaningless. It’s my ego that places meaning in what I am going through. Once my ego has then placed power in having to process my thinking, my circumstances, that’s when things become very effortful and I find that fear has crept in.

Simply remembering that there is no power in the process, that who I truly am doesn’t need to process, is very freeing. I, then, get to observe how my ego finds its way into my thoughts and emotions by me believing I have stuff to process.

Be still. Remember and feel the truth of who you are. When you are present, you will know that there is no process that needs to unfold and you only need show up for that which you love.

Being mentored by Jamie is not for the faint-hearted. He has the remarkable ability to create a powerful space in which despite the discomfort, I was able to start being totally honest with myself and identify the limiting thoughts and behaviours that held me back.
